What is Ortho-K?
Ortho-K uses super-breathable “retainer” lenses to correct your vision while you sleep!
Ortho-K is also known by the brand names of some of the incredible designs we use, such as iSee Ortho-K, CRT (Corneal Reshaping Therapy), Dreamlens, and Moonlens.
How Much Does Ortho-K Cost?
We take a global approach to Ortho-K as a therapy. Rather than charging for every exam and ever lens change, our patients pay a one-time initial fee of $1,998 which includes all the training, fitting, and follow-up visits plus all lens changes necessary to achieve optical treatment.
In subsequent years, the annual renewal is beteen $400 and $500 depending on the lens type used. The renewal includes one lens change per year as needed and all follow up visits. We do not bill insurance for Ortho-K services.
Who Do I Find Out if Ortho-K Will Work for Me or My Child?
Ortho-K works best for patients with low to moderate nearsightedness and astigmatism. Not all prescriptions qualify. A consultation is required to verify candidacy.
